SPECIALTY: RESTAURANT SERVICE IN ROOM

  • Target position: (waiter, waitress, bartender, head waiter, hotel head, etc.)
  • Workplace after training: classified hotels, restaurants, snacks, catering.
  • Duration of training: 06 months
  • Number of sessions per week: 03 sessions
  • Training schedule: from 7pm to 9pm (7-9) evening classes/ class of the day/ or weekend depending on your availability
  • Theoretical and practical lessons in French and English in the school’s educational restaurant.
  • The trainers are highly qualified and carry out their job as maitre d’hotel and catering manager in classified hotels.   

N.B :

At the end of the training and following an evaluation test the trainees will obtain a CERTIFICATE OF PROFESSIONAL APTITUDE in restaurant service in room. A two-month refresher course in a hotel or large restaurant will be organized immediately after the training for the benefit of the winners.
