- Target Position: Baker 1
- Workplace after training: classified hotels, pastries, bakeries, caterers.
- Duration of training: 06 months
- Number of sessions per week: 03 sessions
- Training schedule: from 7pm to 9pm (7-9) evening classes/ class of the day/ or weekend depending on your availability
- Theoretical and practical course in French and English in the pastry laboratory of the school. (The goods, raw materials and ingredients of the practical work are provided by the school)
- The trainers are highly qualified and work in classified hotels and range pastries as chefs.
N.B :
At the end of the training and following an evaluation test the trainees will obtain a CERTIFICATE OF PROFESSIONAL APTITUDE in pastry bakery and cake design. A training course in a hotel or a large bakery will be organized just after the training for the benefit of the winners.
