Training schedule: from 7pm to 9pm (7-9) evening classes/ class of the day/ or weekend depending on your availability

Possibility of doing alternance training (05 days of apprenticeship in the hotel and a 01 day of training in the school over a period of 06 months)

The trainers are highly qualified and work as chefs in classified hotels.
NB:
At the end of the training and following an evaluation test the trainees will obtain a CERTIFICATE OF PROFESSIONAL APTITUDE as a cook. A further training course in a hotel or a large restaurant will be organized immediately after the training for the benefit of the winners.
