SPECIALTY: COOKING KITCHEN

  • Subject Position: Cook

  • Workplace after training: classified hotels, restaurants, snacks, catering.

  • Duration of training: 06 months

  • Number of sessions per week: 03 sessions

  • Training schedule: from 7pm to 9pm (7-9) evening classes/ class of the day/ or weekend depending on your availability

  • Theoretical and practical courses in French and English in the school’s teaching kitchen. (The merchandise, raw materials and ingredients of

  • the practical work are provided by the school)

  • Possibility of doing alternance training (05 days of apprenticeship in the hotel and a 01 day of training in the school over a period of 06 months)

  • The trainers are highly qualified and work as chefs in classified hotels.    

    NB:

    At the end of the training and following an evaluation test the trainees will obtain a CERTIFICATE OF PROFESSIONAL APTITUDE as a cook.  A further training course in a hotel or a large restaurant will be organized immediately after the training for the benefit of the winners.
